How Do I Change/Update My Mobile Number For Both SBH Online Banking and SMS alerts?

You can change/Update mobile number for both online banking and SMS alerts of e-SBH (now merged with SBI w.e.f 01.04.2017) through Online SBI. An existing Online SBI (existing SBH Internet banking) user can update/change the mobile number through “Change Mobile Number – Domestic only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Centre)” option under Profile->Personal Details menu.

1. Login to Online SBI with valid credentials

2. Click on Profile in the menu tab

3. Click on Personal Details

4. Enter the Profile password and click Submit.

5. Click on Change Mobile Number – Domestic Only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Centre)

6. Enter the New mobile number

7. Re-enter the new mobile number

9. A dialog box will pop-up. Verify and confirm the details by clicking OK.

10. In the next screen, select the Mode to update the mobile number and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. You can activate or deactivate SMS Alerts through e-Services menu. Go to SMS Alerts option and select the required options on the on-screen menu and click on Update.
